Known as the Nation’s premier rodeo family, Sankey Rodeo Company of Joliet Montana has produced Professional Rodeo Cowboys Associaton Rodeos, Roughstock events, and Wild West Shows all over the United States.
Ike began the rodeo legacy by qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo in both the Bareback and Saddle Bronc events. After starting the Company they produced nearly 1000 performances of the Cody Nite Rodeo in Cody Wyoming. They now contract some of the largest and best rodeos in the World.
Wife, Roberta is a WNFR Timer, Daughter, Ryan is the music technician and Son Wade owns the next generation rodeo company called “New West Rodeo Productions.” They all work together with our top notch staff to give our rodeo fans great entertainment.
The foundation of their business is the bucking horses. All of their bucking horses were raised on the Sankey Ranch. They have won countless awards including the PRCA’s highest honor, Saddle Bronc of the Year on four occasions. The Sankey’s send livestock to the prestigious National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas every year.
Sankey Rodeo is perhaps best known for their expertise in Rodeo Production. Ike Sankey has been nominated for Stock Contractor of the year twelve times, and is the current holder of the WPRA Stock Contractor of the Year Award. A Sankey Production is always fast, fun, family entertainment.
